We comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests with on-site parking, ADA-compliant facilities, and pet-friendly grounds throughout the property. For smaller, more intimate gatherings we offer flexible packages to match your guest count and budget, contact us for current pricing and availability.
What is included in a private event rental at Dragonfly Farms?
Every private event rental includes on-site facilities team, ceremony benches, cocktail tables with linens, dining tables with white linen tablecloths, chairs, card and gift area, buffet area, caterer preparation area, access to our in-house decorations, signs and whiskey barrels, beautiful indoor and outdoor lighting, ice service, cake and dessert station, and bar area.
Is the venue air conditioned for private events?
Yes, our barn is fully climate-controlled year-round, making it a comfortable celebration space regardless of Florida’s heat and humidity. Whether you’re hosting a summer Sweet 16 or a fall anniversary party, your guests will be comfortable from arrival to send-off.
Can we have food and alcohol at a private event?
Yes, our approved, licensed, and insured bar service will serve your guests throughout the event. Licensed caterers are also welcome with appropriate insurance. You may provide your own alcohol or have your caterer provide it. Please note that cash bars are not permitted and all alcohol must be served from the bar and passed by our approved bar service. Will there be other events happening at the same time as mine?
Never. Dragonfly Farms hosts one event at a time, your celebration gets the full attention of our team, the entire property, and every detail we have to offer. Whether you’re hosting an corporate event or a fundraiser for 100 guests, your event is exclusively yours from start to finish.
