How many guests can Dragonfly Farms accommodate for a wedding?
We comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests with on-site parking, ADA-compliant facilities, and pet-friendly grounds. If you’re planning something more intimate, our micro-wedding and elopement packages are designed for groups under 50 and include the same stunning grounds and dedicated coordination on a smaller, more personal scale.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
Florida weather is unpredictable and we’ve planned for it. Our covered ceremony pavilion serves as a seamless outdoor backup and our fully climate-controlled barn ensures your reception is never at the mercy of the forecast. We walk every couple through both Plan A and Plan B during the planning process so if the skies open up, the only thing your guests notice is how beautiful everything looks. Do I need a day-of coordinator?
Yes, a day-of coordinator from our wedding professionals list is required for all wedding events. Our coordinators know the venue inside and out and are there from the first vendor arrival to the final send-off to make sure every detail runs exactly as planned.
How far in advance should I book my wedding at Dragonfly Farms?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates between October and April. Saturday dates in particular fill up quickly, we host one event at a time so once a date is gone, it’s gone. Is Dragonfly Farms a good wedding venue for couples from Melbourne, Viera, or across the Space Coast?
Absolutely. While we’re located in Palm Bay, we serve couples from across Brevard County and the greater Space Coast. Melbourne couples are approximately 15 minutes away, Viera couples around 20 minutes, and guests traveling from Cocoa Beach or Titusville find us easily accessible via I-95.
