Megan was so helpful throughout the whole planning process and kept me on track of what needed to be done and when. Even after multiple adjustments to our timeline, plans etc she was so kind and understanding. They gave us lists of preferred vendors in the area that have worked with them for years which was SO helpful! They had hands on decor which saved me time and money from having to get center pieces, signage, etc. We bought mainly our personalized decor for our names/Initials. The day of coordinator, Monique, was PHENOMENAL! I had so many compliments from the bridal party, friends, and family as to how amazing she was. She made our day run so smoothly and even catered to last minute needs/wants. We even ran AHEAD of the scheduled timeline, even with my husband showing up late 😂 She kept the day stress free, funny and enthusiastic. Overall I am extremely satisfied with how well they handled the planning and execution of the day. I will recommend them to all friends or family for future events!

My husband and I were so relaxed leading up to the wedding because they handled so much of the planning portion and all we had to do was show up and make sure we made our payments. Daniella was awesome to work with. In the wedding she was helping behind the scenes and helped get everyone prepped to know the flow of the wedding, she helped with so many details that I wouldn't have thought of and she was so sweet and helpful keeping everyone on track even with some last minute scheduling changes made by rain. We enjoyed our time so much and had a dream wedding. We were so blessed to work with Megan and loved her patience with my 1001 questions. She was a doll to work with and all the vendors she suggested were seriously top tier. Renaissance catering keeps getting so many compliments even weeks after the wedding with people saying "your wedding food was seriously the best wedding food I've ever had" and people complimenting the flowers from Buds, etc. Absolute dream. How many guests can Dragonfly Farms accommodate for a wedding?

We comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests with on-site parking, ADA-compliant facilities, and pet-friendly grounds. If you’re planning something more intimate, our micro-wedding and elopement packages are designed for groups under 50 and include the same stunning grounds and dedicated coordination on a smaller, more personal scale.

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

Florida weather is unpredictable and we’ve planned for it. Our covered ceremony pavilion serves as a seamless outdoor backup and our fully climate-controlled barn ensures your reception is never at the mercy of the forecast. We walk every couple through both Plan A and Plan B during the planning process so if the skies open up, the only thing your guests notice is how beautiful everything looks. Do I need a day-of coordinator?

Yes, a day-of coordinator from our wedding professionals list is required for all wedding events. Our coordinators know the venue inside and out and are there from the first vendor arrival to the final send-off to make sure every detail runs exactly as planned.

How far in advance should I book my wedding at Dragonfly Farms?

Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates between October and April. Saturday dates in particular fill up quickly, we host one event at a time so once a date is gone, it’s gone. Is Dragonfly Farms a good wedding venue for couples from Melbourne, Viera, or across the Space Coast?

Absolutely. While we’re located in Palm Bay, we serve couples from across Brevard County and the greater Space Coast. Melbourne couples are approximately 15 minutes away, Viera couples around 20 minutes, and guests traveling from Cocoa Beach or Titusville find us easily accessible via I-95.
